Moth Orchid Cupcakes

A tower of 55 Vanilla Cupcakes with White Chocolate Buttercream and Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes with Milk Chocolate Buttercream covered in chocolate or vanilla fondant.
A top tier 6 inch cutting cake is also a Chocolate Fudge with Milk Chocolate Buttercream.
The flowers are handmade fondant Moth Orchids and make for very elegant & chic cakes to celebrate a couples engagement.

    How did you get the buttercream frosting so smooth and perfect? It looks like a circle of fondant, not buttercream, topping each cupcake!?
